Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Mindercise.  Last updated: 6-15-2019

Services Refunds

Mindercise daily, weekly, and monthly subscribers may cancel at anytime for any reason at their sole discretion, after which future recurring payments will no longer be charged and your access will end at the end of your current term. Quarterly and above subscribers have a money back guarantee for three (3) days from the date of sign up or renewal, after which no pro-rated refunds will be given. All subscribers can cancel via your online profile. PayPal and Venmo recurring charges must be cancelled from your PayPal account. Stripe recurring charges will end with the Mindercise subscription cancelation request. Our consultation refund policy is to provide a full refund for requests made anytime up to twenty four (24) hours advance notice. Consultation fees will not be refunded once you are within twenty four (24) hours of the meeting start time. Goods Returns

If you are not happy with your merchandise, we will accept a return of a unused product within seven (7) days. Once we receive the returned item Mindercise will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Mindercise will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
