The Mindercise Movement (GRASSROOTS) aims to spawn infinite ideas and infinite innovation using mind troubleshooting techniques of simple cause and effect diagnostics helping restore social balance by Awakening 3D Physically & Enlightening 4D Quantumly.
We have the motivation, passion, and unity by putting in place pro-active procedures to mitigate the growing problem of finding qualified Mindologists for the sound minds initiative. Our focus is to use Collective Intelligence (CI) to improve the quality of people providing solutions to solve everyday problems in every facet of life. CI is a peer reviewed methodology that is poised to solve large complex problems facing humanity in the future. Mindercise's online facilitators and ‘hands-on’ Mindatories will be located in major technological city centers to help with the technology to social balance ratio.
Bringing our members up to speed is critical before saturating the workforce with employees who are not mindfully developed. Setting the bar higher now will allow our members to transfer ‘high-level’ specialized skills to our younger generation before they retire allowing tacit knowledge to flow into subsequent generations. CI is about embracing diversity not just enduring it. An important aspect of CI involves overcoming the cultural and language barriers that are prevalent in today’s society. Honing in on CI targets the inclusion of the consciousness of all humans. The sooner we can truly break the cultural and language barrier the more intelligent the collective solution will be.
The Mindercise program significantly improves the consciousness of our members and provides highly skilled thinkers for companies and into society. After qualification is complete, members have the option to mentor others to further expand development. The Mindologist now has expert knowledge of an All-Arounder of culture, process, and frequency with the highest degree of best-fit for their passion. The member will help transfer CI methodology throughout the world spawning widespread implementation of the System and methodology while maintaining a lifelong relationship with Mindercise.
